We are a recruiting agency searching for a Salesperson / Account Manager, Retail Solutions for one of our top clients, an International Sourcing Management Software Solutions Company.
The position of Account Manager, Retail Solutions, is an entry-level, San Diego-based, Inside Sales position slated to progress into Outside Sales and eventually Enterprise Sales. You will report to the Sr. Vice President, Americas, who is responsible for business development, sales and general operations management in the U.S. Together he and you will represent the Company and contribute primarily to net new Customer growth.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Work from the company office daily during normal agreed office hours
Heavy prospecting and cold calling with potential customers and prospects
Schedule a pre-agreed number of sales meetings per week including; customer meetings, conference calls and event attendance for outside sales team
Conducting customer pre-sales presentations via phone, web and in person
Focus on target account lists provided by team and technology partners although some independent sourcing will be required
Develop and deliver progress reports, pipeline reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
Learn and document all activities utilizing the company CRM, Salesforce.com
WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS POSITION:
Bachelor’s degree or above
Willingness to travel throughout the U.S.
Excellent client facing skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and strong written and oral communication skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good working knowledge of all MS Office applications.
Desire, willingness and ability to be in a Sales Environment
