  • Grow the business by identifying and negotiating agreements with new mid-Market clients.

  • Identify, own and maintain key business relationships and work with those to pinpoint opportunities to grow business and maximize profitability.

  • Independently conduct outreach, pitch Agentology services to potential clients, and get to deal stage.

  • Work with executive team to develop pricing strategies that drive revenue.

  • Analyze current and prospective markets to enable more effective strategies around optimization and entrance.

  • Drive strategic business initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage conventions, conferences, and other opportunities to generate actionable lead and crate disciplined follow up strategy.

  • Work closely with VP of Sales in applying best practices and achieving goals. 


  • 3-5 years in a comparable sales position.

  • Experience marketing or selling products or services in an early stage environment.

  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and good follow-through.

  • Ability to be a self-starter and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

  • Vision to see potential opportunities before they are apparent to the market.

  • Experience with SaaS-based Mid-Market deals with large companies.

  • Familiarity with real estate agents, brokers and/or mortgage lenders is a huge plus
