 WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Oversee projects from concept to completion, including client meetings and construction administration

• Lead project teams and coordinate with consultants

• Develop and monitor project budgets and schedules

• Review architectural drawings and specifications

• Serve as primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance

• Manage project documentation

• Mentor junior staff

• Stay current with industry trends and innovations

 WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS POSITION – REQUIRED: 

·         B. Arch or commensurate experience

·         5+ years of Architectural Experience / 2 years as Project Manager / Management

·         Proficient in Revit, Auto CAD and Microsoft Office.

·         CA Building Code / DSA knowledge helpful
