Our client, a National, well-established, OC-based architecture firm, is seeking an Architectural Jr. Project Manager / Sr. Job Captain to join its Production team. Depending on experience, the successful candidate will be hired into either the Jr. Project Manager or Sr. Job Captain role.

This position is responsible for leading projects from design through construction, ensuring quality delivery on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. Working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams, you'll oversee project execution while producing and coordinating work in Revit and/or AutoCAD. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys technical production, project leadership, client interaction, and collaborating on high-quality architectural projects.

  • This position is Fully Onsite in Orange County

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead multiple projects through all phases from planning to completion

  • Serve as primary client contact and maintain strong relationships

  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and staffing

  • Design as needed in Revit and/or AutoCAD

  • Coordinate internal teams and external consultants

  • Oversee QA/QC and ensure high-quality deliverables

  • Support proposals, contracts, and fee development

  • Monitor financial performance, invoicing, and collections

  • Identify risks and implement solutions proactively

  • Participate in construction administration activities

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field

  • PM: 5+ years of Project Management experience

  • Sr. PM: 10+ years of experience with strong leadership background

  • Experience in multifamily, civic or hospitality projects preferred

  • Proficiency in Revit and industry-standard software

  • Strong understanding of building codes and construction processes

  • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively

COMPENSATION RANGE

  • Project Manager: $90K – $120K

  • Senior Project Manager: $150K+-
