WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Healthcare Job Captain will develop concepts according to parameters defined by Project Manager or Healthcare Project Architect
o Produce healthcare construction documents in Revit, including plans, sections and details.
o Assist with quality control for the healthcare design function. Integrate and coordinate all disciplines into the healthcare building project
o Maintain ongoing communication to understand any project changes, design issues or time/budget constraints that may impact initial assignment
Healthcare Job Captain will assure execution of and assist with quality control activities for healthcare architectural elements on a project
o Review drawings, documents and submittals for document compliance and documenting code review and compliance
o Keep project manager / architect informed of progress
Healthcare Job Captain will use past experience and project knowledge to assist the Project Manager keeping in mind schedules/budgets and provide appropriate communication with team leaders and/or team members who are responsible for work flow/timelines, etc.

BA of Architecture
Healthcare Job Captain Experience with acute care and outpatient facilities
OSHPD /OSHPD 3
Revit / AutoCAD
2D and 3D Graphic Skills
