(Also looking for a Job Captain & a Designer) Must be able to Manage Projects, which will include overseeing a production staff for the forward progress of project drawings and documents, responsibility for project schedules and budgets and maintaining contact with clients and project consultants as required to complete projects. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Effectively Manage more than one project concurrently
Offer oversight through all phases of project development and construction
Determine the viability of design alternatives and determine appropriate alternatives
Lead Client Relationships
Project Leadership in management, design, and technical components of projects
Plan, schedule and direct the work of the team and make appropriate task assignments
Provide suitable and timely feedback to the project Principal and direct Staff Work

WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS POSITION:
BA or higher in Architecture
8+ Years’ of Architectural experience
Experience as an Architectural PM
Revit Proficient
Experience with these types of projects Helpful:
Industrial, Fulfillment Centers
Lab, Research Biotech
