JOB SUMMARY:
This is a hybrid position which requires both significant IT systems and ERP experience, and to a lesser degree, added experience w/ BI projects. This position will assist w/ both system and ERP administration such as responding to ERP/BI related tickets and maintaining ERP servers in support of business processing requirements and helping with daily ERP administration tasks and Business Intelligence Reporting.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
• Set up server(s) in a physical and/or virtual environment.
• Maintain the server(s) and monitoring the health status of the servers to avoid business interruption.
• Maintain and set up Azure VMs.
• Maintain the existing BI dashboards and reports which are designed in PowerBI
• Maintain the security and the audit log for ERP system.
• Experience with ERP/CRM integration tools eg; DBAmp
• Performing quarterly audits for ERP and network level access
• Experience working with ERP/CRM automation tools eg: Microsoft Power Automate
• Troubleshoot basic ERP issues in terms of transactional error(s), printing issues, access and licensing issue.
• Maintain the data entry and setup portion of the projects as part of the ERP requirements and data flows in the system.
• Ensure compliance with RAQA and appropriate regulatory bodies.
• Identify computer and technology related needs, research new options and provide appropriate recommendations for system enhancements to increase productivity and improve strategy.
• Serve as a project manager for software implementation, on-going upgrades & maintenance
• Plan and facilitate training for new and existing users on ERP functionality.
• Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS POSITION:
• Required: 5-10 years working in a hybrid position which required IT systems and ERP
• Required: ERP Experience
• Knowledge of Azure Servers including maintenance.
• Knowledge of BI tools. PowerBI is a plus
• Knowledge of ERP system focused on manufacturing.
• Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation is a Huge Plus!
• Knowledge of varying modules of ERP E.g. Supply Chain, Manufacturing, RAQA, Finance, etc.
• Knowledge of maintaining users in ERP system and SOX Compliance.
• Knowledge of maintaining and performing setups in ERP.
• Knowledge of performing software validations & testing.
• Knowledge of CRM solutions is a plus; Salesforce a big plus.
• We are an FDA approved organization, therefore working with RAQA and performing validations is a big portion of our duties. Experience working in an FDA approved organization is a plus.
• BA in IT, Computer Sciences, Management Sciences or similar
