WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Produces design presentation material
Assists in the design and development of projects
Performs specific/limited portions of assignments using prescribed methods.
Works from the design of others and performs routine architectural assignments.
Assists in the production and documentation of construction documents
Assist in organization and generation of working drawings
Assignments may include higher-level work for training/development purposes.
Prepare basic “block out” drawings (site plans floor plans, exterior elevations, interior elevations) from design sketches, and pick up “red marks” prepared by supervisor

WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS POSITION:
B.A. Degree in Architecture
2+ Years’ of real-world Architectural Designer experience
Revit Proficient
DSA, higher-ed, K-12, multi-family Project Experience a plus
Experience in AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, InDesign, Lumion, Photoshop, Projects, Office helpful
Desire to become a Licensed Architect helpful
