 WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Project Management

    • Coordinate AO staff and consultants throughout project phases.

    • Represent Architects Orange in client, team, and construction meetings.

    • Determine project fees, develop contracts, and handle client interactions.

Project Design Coordination

    • Organize project design intent and requirements.

    • Coordinate project team to develop detailed project documents.

    • Create architectural solutions based on client needs and direction.

Project Technical Drawing Preparation and Coordination

    • Coordinate work for accurate contract drawings and specifications.

    • Exercise judgment to meet client's project needs within budget.

    • Prepare project deliverables and assist with additional service requests.

Project Construction Administration

    • Attend to project needs during Bidding and Construction phases.

    • Ensure construction compliance with standards and client expectations.

    • Manage contractor communications, project completion, and as-built drawings.

Team Management

    • Provide input on employee performance reviews and hiring practices.

    • Participate in project scheduling meetings to allocate staff resources effectively.

Project / Team Financial Management

    • Assist in developing project budgets and financial goals.

    • Monitor project performance, hours estimates, and billing processes.

 WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS POSITION:

  • BA or higher in Architecture

  • 8+ Years of Architectural experience

  • Experience as an Architectural PM

  • Revit Proficient

  • Experience with Utilities Projects Helpful
