WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Leading, managing and mentoring multiple project teams

  • Negotiating project scope and fees

  • Maintaining fiscal accountability and responsibility

  • Leading, organizing, and managing project teams and clients

  • Maintaining existing client relationships and building new client relationships

WHAT YOU’LL NEED FOR THIS POSITION – REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

  • Architectural registration required

  • LEED accreditation preferred

  • 12+ years of related experience, including demonstrated success as a project manager on a range of architectural project types including master planning, core and shell and interiors. Minimum of 5 years OSHPD experience required

  • Experience leading, managing and mentoring multiple project teams

  • Experience negotiating project scope and fees

  • Knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures

  • Proven fiscal accountability and responsibility on past projects

  • Strong leadership, organization, communication and relationship management skills

  • Proficiency with PM software: MS project, Word, Excel, Bluebeam, etc.

  • Must have the ability to maintain existing client relationships and build new client relationships

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to communicate clearly with team members and clients

  • Demonstrated ability to oversee and be responsible for project delivery which may be multiple, large or complex in scope
