  DESCRIPTION:
As Senior Brand Strategists you’ll lead our clients through the entire brand development process. As you balance creative, analytical, and strategic thinking, in this role, you will imagine a better world for our clients and the customers they live to serve as you offer expert counsel from your years of agency and brand building experience. You will dig deep to find human-centered insights, emotional drivers, and disruptive white space to own. You will develop brand strategies that make a difference in the world and impact our Client’s bottom line. You inspire teams to greatness and deliver everything with a level of skill, quality, and trust.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Develop in-depth market, customer and competitive analyses

  • Assist in developing point of views on brand and category dynamics

  • Serve as the internal team “expert” for planning and developing strategy and communications

  • Leads and participates in strategy development initiatives and new business pitches

  • Creates new ways to think about branding and solving business challenges

  • Manages deliverables required from the strategy group

  • Orchestrates all brand planning, strategic planning and analytical activity for key accounts

  • Defines opportunities, collects information, establishes facts and draws valid conclusions

  • Develops and delivers high impact pitches, presentations, and proposals

  • Organizes and moderates focus groups

  • Manages research vendors and provides clear specifications for relevant research

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • Seasoned strategist with 5+ years’ experience at top tier agencies 

  • Stellar creative and strategic thinking with demonstrated ability to translate insights into successful initiatives

  • Organized, detail and process-oriented with an ability to relentlessly follow-up in a fast-paced, challenging environment
