WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Active development of the department to ensure the Agency is making significant advances to stay ahead of the latest UI design trends, web development technologies, animation techniques, and user experience
Manage a team of producers, designers, and developers meet scope, timeline, and quality on a plethora of digital projects
Conduct employee performance reviews, create employee development plans, and provide employee performance information to C-level management
Project manage many digital website projects at once from start to finish
Hands-on involvement in gathering and documentation of business requirements, pre-planning meetings to assess project scope, agency resources, and proper capabilities alignment
Plan timelines/resources and manage team execution in collaboration with agency peers to ensure project completion on time, on quality and on budget.
Clear, concise, and accurate communication to clients throughout the project lifecycle
Develop, drive, and revise timelines, assign resources, manage approvals and deliverables
Manage agency internal resources (Strategy, UX, Design, Copy, Development, QA), external resources (production partners, third party vendors), and contribute ongoing digital insights to ensure digital solutions meet client expectations and Agency quality standards
Prepare project status reports, prioritized hot communications, setup and lead internal meetings, capture internal meeting minutes and next steps, and update all stakeholders as required
Facilitate stand-up status meetings
Skillfully move an idea from concept to production by assessing high-level scopes and ballparks with limited information
Understand and communicate client business needs to the internal team
Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the engagement
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members
Enforce project schedules ensuring deadlines and launch dates are met
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
Effectively prioritize project deliverables and assignments
Track, prioritize, manage, and report issues related to a given project
Budget tracking and reconciliation reporting
Ability to create sophisticated sitemaps, use cases, and wireframes

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience in a similar role in an agency setting
Proven success in the strategy, planning, and implementation of client-facing projects
A hands-on background in web development processes and platforms
Strong problem solving and decision-making ability
Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills
Be a skilled, creative, confident presenter, and negotiator
Willingness to travel on occasion for client meetings, trade shows and/or conferences
Stress-tolerant, quick thinking, and accurate
Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment
Highly honed team management and client account management skills
Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, InVision and industry standard PM platforms
Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript
