MUST: Have 3+ years’ Enterprise-Level Software Sales Experience

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

·         Identify opportunities and lead the sales efforts in collaboration with the presales team.

·         Define and execute sales plans for assigned accounts, meet and exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities.

·         Lead initial sales meetings, determining a client's business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable.

·         Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.

·         Develop long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.

·         Demonstrate excellent understanding of the industry including competitive issues and products.

·         Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

·         Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions.

·         Work closely with the marketing team to identify and drive partner programs and events.

·         Develop sales plans, prepare metrics and own outbound sales activities.

·         Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

·         Prepare reports for head office and keep customer records and meet regular sales targets.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

·         Bachelor’s degree or above.

·         3+ years of IT Sales Experience

·         Deep understanding of North American CPG market

·         Home based in greater San Diego area.

·         Willing to travel domestically
