WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
· Designing business strategies and plans to meet the firm’s goals / Designing Goals
· Assessing and identifying new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.
· Support business development and client relations activities, including marketing and public relations.
· Establishing and growing relationships with appropriate partners.
· Assist employees and firm leadership in all HR aspects, including employee relations, investigations, and interpreting company policies and practices.
· Recruiting and assisting in the training of new employees, subsequent evaluations.
· Ensuring the firm has sufficient resources to fulfill contractual obligations, such as personnel, material, and equipment.
· Developing a comprehensive budget and performing periodic budget analyses.
· Assisting firm’s CPA and bookkeeper with tax, financial matters, and payroll
· Assisting managing partner with invoicing and accounts payable.
· Assessing firm’s business insurance to maintain compliance with firm’s contractual obligations.
· Assessing overall firm performance.
· Business Development.
· Oversee and manage the maintenance of the firm’s office space, company vehicles, and office equipment.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS POSITION – REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, business management, or other related fields.
· 5 years’+ experience in a management position in the Professional Services Sector
· Outstanding leadership abilities, written & verbal skills
· Working knowledge of the latest business policies and regulations
· Demonstrable analytical thinking and business insight.
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks Pro, and Monograph (time keeping and project management software)
· Because of the collaborative and close working relationship with the managing partner and firm leadership, this is an in-office position.
