We are a leading Southern California Staffing & Recruiting Agency, and one of our best clients, a San Diego-based Architectural Firm, is looking for two (2) Architectural Project Managers, for their San Diego & Sacramento offices. Must be able to manage a project, which will include overseeing a production staff for the forward progress of project drawings and documents, responsibility for project schedules and budgets and maintaining contact with clients and project consultants as required to complete projects. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Project Design Coordination and Development
Project Technical Drawing Preparation and Coordination
Project Construction Administration
Team Management:
Project/Team Financial Management
Supervisory Responsibilities
Oversee and manage project teams both internally as well as a team of consulting designers and engineers.
Manage resources to ensure project schedules are met.
The coordination, planning and actions of staff and consultants, during the project design, Design Development, Construction Document preparation, and construction phases of the most complex projects undertaken by our client.
Representing our client at project related client meetings, team meetings, and construction meetings during the project.
Responsible for the determination or the assistance of other senior staff in the determination of project fees, development of contracts, client interaction, organization and collections during the project process.
Responsible for the Quality Control of document sets prior to their issuance.
Review projects for compliance with governing codes and all other applicable project requirements.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS POSITION:
BA or higher in Architecture
8+ Years’ of Architectural experience
Experience as an Architectural PM
Working Familiarity of Revit and AutoCAD
Experience with High-Density, Multi-Family & Mixed-Use Projects - Helpful
