The company is a distinguished architectural firm with multiple offices in Napa and San Diego, and they are currently expanding their team in Napa. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement and a shortened workweek of only four days, requiring only a few hours on 2+- days in the Napa office – No Rush Hour Commuting.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Responsible for finished plans, specifications, or approval of materials and construction
Provides professional architectural consultation in the planning, design, and coordination of large, complex projects.
Establish productive working relationships, and deal effectively and cooperatively with team members, consultants, and government agencies
Coordinate projects with team members and consultants for conflicts and discrepancies
Assist in the preparation of work plans, schedules, meeting minutes
Coordinate drawings with consultant drawings and specifications
Assist in review of submittals, shop drawings, respond to RFI’s, and preparation of instruction bulletins for changes
May supervise small staff, provide mentorship, meet regularly with mentor
Supervision and guidance mainly concern overall objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters
WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS POSITION – REQUIRED:
· Bachelor’s degree in architecture
· Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office.
· K-12, DSA, CA Code experience, working with State Agencies, helpful
· Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office.
· Ability to handle multiple assignments and manage priorities.
· Ability to work independently with minimal direction or supervision
