This position offers a hybrid work arrangement and a shortened workweek of only four days, requiring only a few hours on 2+- days in the Napa office – No Rush Hour Commuting. From Them:

 WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

·        Under general supervision, works from the design of others and performs routine architectural assignments.

·        Participate in the drawing architectural construction documents in Revit.

·        Assemble plans, construction documents, and other information for permitting.

·        Coordinate and participate in the preparation of construction documents with team members.

·        Assist architects and project managers during the construction administration phase.

·        Ability to professionally communicate both, verbally and in writing, to give assignments to office support staff consultants and vendors.

·        Ability to correspond effectively with consultants via Revit/CAD/PDF files for project coordination.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS POSITION – REQUIRED:

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, preferred

·        1-3 years’ experience with degree, minimum 5 years’ experience without

·        Familiarity with the California Building Code and DSA procedures, preferred

·        Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office

·        This is a Hybrid ‘work from home’ position and assumes office in-person meetings for project coordination, mentorship / training, and team connectivity.
