WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Supervise a small staff of architects and technicians.
May supervise a small staff of architects and technicians.
Supervision and guidance mainly concern overall objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters.
Responsible for finished plans, specifications, or approval of materials and construction
Provides professional architectural consultation in the planning, design, and coordination of large, complex projects.
Establish productive working relationships, and deal effectively and cooperatively with team members, consultants, and government agencies
Coordinate projects with team members and consultants for conflicts and discrepancies
Write meeting minutes and professional correspondence
Assist in the preparation of work plans and schedules
Coordinate drawings with consultant drawings and specifications
Assist in review of submittals, shop drawings, respond to RFI’s, and preparation of instruction bulletins for changes
Provides mentorship/Meets regularly with mentor
WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS POSITION:
B.A. Degree in Architecture
5 Years’ Experience in Architecture
Revit Proficient
DSA, higher-ed, K-12, multi-family Project Experience a plus
Experience in AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, InDesign, Lumion, Photoshop, Projects, Office helpful
